The construction, maintenance and control of the installations correspond to the severe legal regulations by the VbF as well as the WHG. On the basis of these regulations TAL has the permission by the competent authorities of the respective region to operate all installations. These authorities, furthermore, nominate the experts who have to control independently the installations and the execution of the regulations. The real estates crossed by the TAL pipelines in the land register have a pipeline title so that all third parties looking into the register get informed about the existence of our pipelines. |
