The construction,
maintenance and control of the installations correspond to the severe legal
regulations by the “Rohrfernleitungsverordnung” as well as the
WHG. On the basis of these regulations TAL has the permission by the
competent authorities of the respective region to operate all installations. These
authorities, furthermore, nominate the experts who have to control
independently the installations and the execution of the regulations. The real estates crossed by
the TAL pipelines in the land register have a pipeline title so that all
third parties looking into the register get informed about the existence of
our pipelines. |

TAL itself is a recognized specialist for
maintenance works on the pipline and uses only trained staff for daily work
as well as for emergency service cases. |

The control center in Lenting is on 24 hrs duty with qualified personnel which can judge at any time the actual conidition of the installations by means of the remote control system. This operation center also calls the permanent reachable emergency |

Notwithstanding all these a.m. measures,
regulations, controls, etc. especially the actions by third parties represent
the biggest potential danger for incidents on the pipeline. Therefore we ask all our dear residents for cooperation paying attention
