Working in an environmentally friendly, responsible and safe manner is a top priority for the TAL Group. The basis for this is formed by the highest safety and environmental protection standards, as is customary in the oil industry. In addition, the company regularly invests in technical innovations and in the modernisation of its facilities in order to specifically avoid risks and to continuously improve its processes.

These efforts are paying off: On 30 April, a new milestone in the company’s history was reached. The German national subsidiary of TAL has been operating for 3,654 days, i.e. for 10 years without incident. “This is the result of the performance of our employees, our HSSE culture and the willingness to always do our work conscientiously,” emphasises General Manager Alessio Lilli. “As always, a milestone is not the end of the journey, but just a reference point that shows us how long the road has been so far. The journey of a safe working environment and safe behaviour by each and every one of us continues.”
